Our food as God created it has everything to nourish our bodies. Through the degeneration from
sin our foods have lost some of their nourishing value. Nevertheless, God always provides for His children.
One of the important molecules in our foods is fat. Not all fats are bad. Our bodies need fats for:

Trans fats are vegetable oils, in most cases, that have had hydrogen added "hydrogenated" to increase
texture and in the case of products; increase shelf life of items sold.

are used for deep frying, and pastries, as well as some brands of margarine.
The superfoods don’t have any trans-fats.
Read the labels on packaged foods to be sure they don’t contain any
